    We spend considerable time at the outset of the search asking questions to understand the subtleties of the company, management team, culture and the position to be filled. This consulting approach typically includes meeting with the entire senior management team and, often, selected peers and subordinates.

    Team Approach

    Typically, a team of Partners and support staff members will be actively involved in each search from start to finish. This benefits our clients since a team with specific industry knowledge and the strongest search expertise available handle each search.

    Thorough Research

    We believe our research is the most thorough in the industry. Even though we have conducted numerous assignments in every functional area, we conduct original research on each search to ensure accuracy and breadth of information.


    To keep our clients advised on our direction and progress, we typically provide the following during the course of the search: research plan, source companies list, and periodic progress reports. Our clients frequently comment on the thoroughness of our approach and tell us they appreciate being kept informed.


    We take pride in the quality, thoroughness and successful outcome of our work. Each partner will handle, on average, only 14 to 15 searches per year. This philosophy works well for McCormack & Farrow. We earn repeat business, and most new clients are developed through referrals from past clients.
